Nancy Poliseno is an eighth grade language arts teacher at Orange Middle School in Lewis Center, Ohio. She has served on the Executive Board of OMSA as a central region associate rep, newsletter editor, and president-elect. She has also served on the Board of Trustees for the National Middle School Association.

Kathy McKinniss is currently serving as the principal of Marysville Middle School and as the OMSA newsletter editor. She has previously served as an assistant middle school principal, a middle school guidance counselor and a seventh and eighth grade social studies teacher. She received her undergraduate degree from Capital University and completed her graduate work at Bowling Green State University and Ashland University.

Thom Jones graduated in 1992 from Marietta College with a degree in Political Science. Thom is currently the principal at Dover Middle School in Dover, OH. He was principal at Garaway Middle School for 6 years and has been in education the past 12 years. He lives in Dover with his wife, Debbie, who teaches 6th grade at Dover Middle school. They have three children; Ally-7, Jack-6, and Anne-2.

Eric Jurkovic graduated in 1995 form Muskingum College with a degree in Elementary Education and 2001 from Ashland University with a Master in Adminstraion. He is the principal at Indian Valley Middle School for the past two years. He and his wife Kimberly reside in New Philadelphia with their daugthers Samantha (7), and Allison (4).

Dean Janitzki has been a middle school administrator for 15 years. Before moving to the middle grades he was a High School Assistant Principal and Athletic Director. He not only servers on the OMSA Board of Directors but is the Middle School Principal-at-Large for the OASSA Board of Directors.

Ed Vittardi is presently the principal of North Royalton Middle School and also serving as treasurer of OMSA. Previously he was principal at Medina Claggett Middle School and Twinsburg Dodge Middle School where he previously was an assistant principal, guidance counselor and teacher. He is a past president and vice president of OMSA and is also the Northeast Regional Representative. He lives in North Royalton with his wife Jackie and children Holly and Eric.

Tom Burton is presently the principal of Cuyahoga Middle School and serves as president of OMSA. Tom was previously the principal at Willowick Middle School and prior to his experience there, he taught and coached in Cleveland Heights at Monticello Middle School. He lives in Bainbridge with his wife Franca and three children.

Rebecca Reese is a Northeast Representative for OMSA and has been involved with the organization for 11 years. She has been a 6th Grade Science Teacher at Hudson Middle School the past six years and has spent 15 years in education.

Shannon Federinko teaches 7th and 8th grade science at Claggett Middle School in Medina, Ohio. She has been Secretary of the OMSA Board for five years and a member of the board for seven years. She serves on the Science Support Team for her district and various committees at Claggett Middle School. She has her Master's Degree in Educational Administration and is currently completing coursework to obtain her Master's Degree in Integrated Science.

Paul is the Principal at Mayfield Middle School. Prior to his role as Principal, he served four years as the Assistant Principal at Wiley Middle School in the Cleveland Heights University Heights City Schools. Paul and his wife Natalie live in Macedonia.

Charles D. Beard recently reitred as the principal of Napoleon Middle School. He was an administrator for 28 years. During the 2002-2003 school year he was recognized as the OASSA prinicpal of the year. He joined the OMSA Executive Board in 1992. Mr. Beard is the Department Chair of Middle Childhood Education at Lourdes College.

Dona Gardner Klein currently serves as the vice-president of OMSA. She recently retired after thirty years in education in Ohio. Her educational experiences include two principalships ,Nagel Middle School in Cincinnati and Vail Middle School in Middletown. Dona was also the Coordinator of Secondary Curriculum and a high school assistant principal for Middletown City Schools. She began her educational career teaching middle level science in Hamilton. Dona's undergraduate and two graduate degrees are from Miami University.

Don Jostworth has been an Administrator of Harrison Junior High School for the past 31 years. He has been on the OMSA Executive Board for 22 years. He served as President in 1996, and was awarded the OMSA Educator of the Year honor in 2002 in his hometown of Cincinnati.

Michele is an 8 th grade language arts teacher at Belpre Middle School. She has 20 years of teaching experience with 18 of those years at the middle level. She lives in Athens with her husband, Dave, and children, Sarah (21) and Michael (19).

Lorrie Kubaszewski has been a teacher of middle level students for 22 of her 24 years of classroom teaching. Currently she is a 7 th grade language arts teacher and department head at Troy Junior High in Troy, Ohio. Lorrie joined the OMSA Board as the West Region Rep. in 2005

Nicki is a graduate from the University of Dayton in Middle Childhood Education with concentrations in math and science. She has been teaching 7th grade math at Troy Junior High School since 2003.
