A selection committee of OMSA members will determine the winners based upon the nomination forms submitted. Recipients will each receive a $500 Savings bond and an engraved plaque which will be presented at the OMSA State Conference in the spring. The OMSA Student-of-the-Year Award will be presented to one male and one female middle level student exhibiting the following attributes from an Ohio school:
